Tariff Information

All prices are per week, Saturday to Saturday and short breaks may be available in low season subject to availability 

Minimum stay of 3 night's.  All prices include cleaning charges.

Prices are inclusive of electricity, towels and bed linen.

£150 deposit (non-refundable) is required at time of booking, with the remaining balance required to be paid 6 weeks prior to holiday commencement.

If you cancel between 1-6 weeks prior to holiday commencement, both the deposit and balance will be non-refundable unless the accommodation is booked by someone else, in which case the balance will be refunded.  For all late bookings, full payment is required at time of booking.  It is recommended that holiday cancellation insurance be purchased. 

We only accept cheques made payable to Mrs Diane Barclay.

Arrival/Departure times

Earliest arrival 1530hrs

Departure must be no later than 1000hrs.
